? We're Hiring: Government Tender Executive ?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Government Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering lifecycle for Government and Public Sector opportunities. The primary focus of this role is to identify relevant opportunities, evaluate eligibility criteria, compile bid documentation, coordinate with internal teams, ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, and submit winning bids on GeM and state portals within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Chance Management• Search, identify, and evaluate relevant Government tender opportunities across product lines.

• Continuously monitor Government portals, including GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal), and various State e-Procurement platforms.

• Review Notice Inviting Tenders (NIT), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and tender documents to assess technical specifications, eligibility,



and commercial feasibility.

• Identify bid opportunities aligned with Amicikart’s technical capabilities and business objectives.

• Maintain a comprehensive database and tracker for upcoming, active, submitted, and closed tenders.

• Track performance targets, bid submissions, win ratios, and business revenue generated from successful tenders.

2. Bid Preparation & Submission• Prepare complete technical and commercial bid packages in strict compliance with tender guidelines.

• Compile and verify required certifications, product declarations, OEM authorizations, and statutory documents.

• Coordinate across Sales, Technical, Operations, Finance, and Management teams to gather necessary details and secure executive approvals.

• Manage Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), tender fees, bid security, and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG) in coordination with Finance.
