Hiring: Founding Creative at Icarus AI

About us:
• Two technical founders, both AI engineers
• $30,000 in revenue in 2 months
• 40 features built and shipped in 2 months
• Building a creative AI production house
• Goal: $100M in the next 6 months

We can build and automate any workflow. We need someone who knows which creative workflows are worth automating, and how to make content people share.

What we're looking for:
• Experience in advertising: spec ads, ad films, campaigns, storytelling
• A solid portfolio. Big brand names not required.
• A real feel for what goes viral, and why
• Fluency in pop culture, memes, and internet humour
• Daily use of AI video and image tools
• Taste beyond the feed: films, music, design
• An active Instagram or X where you post your work
• Based in, or open to, Gurugram, Mumbai, or Bangalore

What you'll do:
• Work with us on what we build next
• Find the parts of ad-making that brands spend too much time on
• Make ads and content that show what our product can do
