Role Description The Social Media Manager & Project Manager – Political Campaigns role is a full time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. In this role, the individual will plan, create, and manage social media content and campaigns for political clients, with a strong focus on Punjabi-language communication and regional audience engagement.



Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, managing campaign calendars, coordinating with creative and data teams, monitoring online conversations, and optimizing content for different platforms. The role also involves managing project timelines, aligning stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and preparing performance reports and insights for campaign leadership. The individual will work closely with internal teams and client representatives to ensure that digital strategy and on-ground campaign activities are aligned and executed effectively, particularly during peak campaign periods.
Qualifications

• Fluency in Punjabi (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English for campaign communication and content creation.
