? Role Description:
This is a remote opportunity for a Virtual Assistant specializing in dental office support. The role involves handling administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and record management. You will also communicate with patients, support billing processes, and help streamline office operations.



You will work closely with the Qiaben team and clients to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Work with PMS tools (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentix)
• Perform insurance verification, Patient Handling, Dental Billing Knowledge.
• Assist with billing and administrative tasks
• Support overall front office operations remotely

⏰ Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

? Salary:
• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
