We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us find recent clients, build lasting relationships and grow our revenue. Role Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our technology services and solutions to prospective clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. You will work closely with the delivery and marketing teams to understand client needs and propose the right solutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals and networking. • Research target industries and companies; build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline. • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions. • Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up with prospects until deal closure.



• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to scope projects and set realistic timelines. • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and deals in the CRM. • Build and nurture long-term client relationships; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and revenue targets. • Track market trends and competitor activity, and share insights with the team. • Represent the company at meetings, webinars and industry events. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (MBA preferred). • 0–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales or IT services sales. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati. • Strong negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills with a results-driven mindset. • Basic understanding of IT services such as web/app development, software, cloud or digita
