Role Description The MEP Project Manager will oversee end-to-end Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for interior projects, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This full-time,



on-site role based in Chennai includes planning and coordinating MEP activities, managing project schedules and budgets, and supervising contractors and vendors on site. The role involves reviewing designs and submittals, resolving technical issues, and aligning MEP execution with overall interior and civil works. The MEP Project Manager will conduct site inspections, monitor quality and safety standards, and maintain transparent documentation and reporting. Regular collaboration with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams is required to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) expertise, including practical knowledge of Plumbing systems and coordination with other building services.
