Role Description As the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for the organization in a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. You will oversee software development teams, guide architectural decisions, and ensure that technology initiatives align with business objectives and product roadmaps. Daily responsibilities include managing technology projects, setting and monitoring engineering standards, mentoring technical leaders, and collaborating closely with product,



operations, and leadership teams. You will be accountable for IT strategy, security and reliability, budget planning for technology investments, and the continuous improvement of development processes and tooling. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies, driving innovation, and representing the technology function in executive-level discussions and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
• Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building and scaling modern applications or platforms.
• Proven expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
