Lead floral design and execution for premium weddings, creating arrangements and installations that complement the overall decor concept. Combine creative direction, flower knowledge and careful on-site coordination to deliver cohesive, high-quality floral work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpret approved briefs, palettes and spatial plans into floral designs.
• Develop floral recipes, quantities, samples and sourcing requirements within approved budgets.
• Coordinate procurement, conditioning, storage and preparation to preserve flower quality.
• Plan arrangements for mandaps, stages, entrances, tables and focal installations.
• Guide floral teams on preparation, assembly, placement and finishing.
• Collaborate with design and production teams on mechanics, access and safe installation.
• Check freshness, proportion, colour balance and consistency; manage substitutions with approval.
• Track usage and reduce avoidable waste through accurate planning and handling.





WHAT YOU BRING
• A portfolio demonstrating wedding or event floral design and hands-on execution.
• Knowledge of flowers, foliage, seasonality, conditioning and arrangement techniques.
• Ability to translate concepts into quantities, preparation plans and team instructions.
• Attention to detail, collaborative leadership and composure during deadlines.
• Availability for on-site work in Bengaluru, venue visits and event schedules, including weekends when required.
