Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will identify and approach potential clients, exhibitors, and sponsors, present event offerings, and close sales to meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, making calls and visits, managing lead pipelines,



preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools. The role involves building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams on event deliverables, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after events. The Sales Executive will also conduct market research, attend client meetings and industry events, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and event offerings.
