Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the facility. The role includes supervising teams,



monitoring workflows, and ensuring adherence to operational standards, safety guidelines, and productivity targets. The Operations Supervisor will coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth and effective processes.
