Aarthik Solutions LLP is looking to hire an experienced Branch Operations Executive.
The role is suited for professionals with prior experience in the BFSI and financial services industry, particularly those who have worked with stock broking firms, wealth management companies, mutual funds, insurance, NBFCs, lending, or financial distribution organisations.
Position: Branch Operations Executive / Manager – BFSI
Location: Surat, Ahemdabad, Mumbai,
Experience: 2–5 years
CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹4.20 LPA
Preference: Female candidates

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Relationship Managers, Accounts and Head Office.
• Handle client documentation, KYC and onboarding-related processes.
• Maintain operational records, databases and trackers.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly MIS reports.
• Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with product teams, AMCs, insurers and other partner institutions.




• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and operational processes.
• Handle operational queries and coordinate their timely resolution.
• Support management with branch-level reporting and reviews.

Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in BFSI or financial services operations.
• Practical understanding of KYC, documentation and client onboarding.
• Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to independently manage branch operations and take ownership.
• Explicit and professional communication skills.
