Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service & After-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle/service requirements, coordinating with technicians, preparing job cards and estimates, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, technical understanding of electric vehicles/automobiles, and the ability to manage multiple service activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities• Greet customers and understand their vehicle/service-related concerns.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and accurately record customer complaints.
• Prepare and maintain job cards, service estimates, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Explain required repairs, service procedures, parts requirements, and estimated costs to customers.




• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
• Monitor the progress of vehicles under service and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure that all service jobs are completed according to company quality standards.
• Conduct final vehicle checks before delivery.
• Explain completed work, replaced parts, and maintenance requirements to customers during vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the spare parts team for timely availability of required components.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer databases.
• Monitor pending vehicles, delayed jobs, repeat complaints, and warranty-related cases.
