Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role supports the smooth day-to-day running of store and back-end operations, including supervising teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The Assistant Operations Manager coordinates with procurement, warehousing, and merchandising teams to maintain product availability and quality standards.



Responsibilities include tracking operational KPIs, assisting in planning staffing and work schedules, supporting cost-control initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The role also involves resolving operational issues promptly, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Operational management skills, including store operations, inventory monitoring, and process coordination.
• Team supervision and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and support cross-functional staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for handling daily operational challenges and performance tracking.
