Role Description The Regional Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for Nexapp’s cybersecurity and networking solutions across assigned regions and industry verticals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from chance discovery to closure. The manager will collaborate closely with presales, technical, and marketing teams to design solutions, prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and support partner enablement. The role also involves tracking market trends, contributing to regional go-to-market strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.
