About 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a sports infrastructure solutions company specializing in the design, supply and execution of sports infrastructure projects, including synthetic turfs, sports flooring, wooden flooring, kids' play areas and other sports-related infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Follow-up o Follow up on qualified and assigned leads received through CRM and other business channels. o Understand customer requirements, budget, project scope and timelines. o Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales pipeline. o Update all lead interactions, follow-ups and status in the CRM.
2. Customer Meetings & Site Visits o Conduct customer meetings and site visits across Nellore and nearby districts.



o Visit project sites to understand site conditions, dimensions, requirements and feasibility. o Coordinate with the Engineering and Design teams for site measurements and technical requirements. o Achieve assigned monthly site visit targets.
3. Requirement Understanding o Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sports infrastructure solutions. o Identify project scope, surface requirements, dimensions, specifications, budget and timelines. o Coordinate with the Design/Engineering team to develop suitable solutions.
4. Quotation & Proposal Management o Coordinate with the concerned internal teams for preparation of quotations and proposals. o Present quotations to customers and clearly explain scope, specifications, pricing and commercial terms. o Ensure quotations are shared within the defined TAT. o Follow up on all quotations until closure.
5. Negotiation & Sales Closure o Handle customer negotiations and commercial discus
