Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The BDM will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies,



preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The BDM will collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions, maintain strong client relationships, and gather market insights to support continuous improvement in services and go-to-market strategies. This role also involves regular reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and adherence to ethical, data-driven business practices.
