We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital growth initiatives and build a strong online presence while driving qualified leads and learner acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
• Drive qualified leads and course enquiries while maintaining effective CAC and CPL.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, creatives, landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

SEO & Website Growth
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page SEO.
• Work on technical and content SEO initiatives in collaboration with content/web teams.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions and other SEO KPIs.





Social Media & Content
• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars and work with designers/content creators to develop engaging content.
• Build Vargottam’s brand presence among healthcare professionals, students and other relevant audiences.
• Identify trends and opportunities for organic growth.

Lead Generation & Marketing Funnels
• Build and optimize digital lead-generation funnels for healthcare education programs.
• Work on landing pages, lead forms, remarketing and conversion optimization.
• Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Track the complete journey from acquisition to enquiry and enrolment.

Analytics & Reporting
• Use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
