Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time role based in Bhubaneswar with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagement with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects,



conducting product demonstrations, and presenting RAAMED’s endoscopy imaging systems, therapeutic devices, and OT solutions to healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with company targets. The Sales Specialist will provide ongoing customer support, coordinate training sessions for clinical and technical staff, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and service resolution. The role also includes gathering market insights, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing to sales strategies that expand RAAMED’s presence in key medical specialties.
