About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tendering & B2G Sales Executive to manage government business opportunities, tendering activities, and online bidding for our LED Television products. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the LED TV/Television industry along with hands-on exposure to government tenders and online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant Government tenders and B2G business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end tendering activities, including tender identification, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
• Handle GeM, e-tendering and online bidding processes.
• Prepare commercial quotations, technical submissions, compliance documents and other tender-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and other internal teams for timely tender submissions.
• Monitor tender timelines, bid status, results, purchase orders and subsequent sales activities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with government departments, institutions and other B2G customers.




• Ensure compliance with tender terms, technical specifications and commercial requirements.
• Maintain proper records and reports of tenders, bids, orders and business development activities.

Candidate Profile

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in LED Television / Television / Display Products industry.
• Hands-on experience in Government Tendering, GeM and Online Bidding.
• Valuable understanding of B2G sales and government procurement processes.
• Strong documentation, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender-related online portals.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in LED TV brands/manufacturing companies, government tenders, GeM and B2G sales will be preferred.

Education : Graduate / MBA - Marketing Preferred.
Job Location : Gandhidham / Noida
Salary : 8 Lacs pa.
