The Love Co is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager.
Location: Ambala, Haryana. Full-time, on-site.
Experience: 1–5 years; candidates with 1 year are welcome.
Responsibilities
Own creator discovery, outreach, negotiation, briefs, content approvals and reporting. Coordinate beauty, fragrance and lifestyle campaigns, gifting, seeding and paid partnerships. Manage budgets, timelines, usage rights and payment coordination. Measure content quality, engagement, traffic and attributable sales. Work with brand and performance marketing colleagues to improve results.
Requirements
1–5 years of relevant influencer marketing experience with a consumer brand or agency. Solid communication, negotiation, planning and spreadsheet skills. Good judgment about audience fit and credible content. D2C, beauty or personal care experience preferred.
