We empower individuals to make informed career decisions with the help of scientific tools and guidance. We are a group of experienced professionals, career coaches, psychologists, graphologists, and teachers working towards assisting students in selecting careers to the best of their abilities through counselling and workshops across India.

This is a full-time in office role for an Administration position at CareerDNA. As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, organizing and maintaining files and records, make creatives for projects, content creation, coordinating schedules, and providing support to the team. This role is located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Qualifications:




Minimum experience : 0-4 Years in similar role.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
• Adept in creating Power Point presentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in administrative roles is a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
