Role Description The Reservations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the professional will manage reservations inquiries, process bookings, and update reservation systems accurately and in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer calls and messages, providing detailed information about services, pricing, and availability,



and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous service. The Reservations Executive will coordinate with internal teams to confirm bookings, handle modifications or cancellations, and resolve issues or complaints professionally. The role also involves upselling relevant services, maintaining records and reports, and adhering to company policies and quality standards.
