About DICHIT
DICHIT is India’s First Verified Chit Fund Marketplace, building a trusted digital ecosystem for discovering and accessing verified chit fund programmes. Through DICHIT, customers can discover, compare, understand and participate in programmes offered by registered chit fund companies with greater transparency and convenience.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact leads received through digital campaigns, partner branches, referrals, and field activities.
• Explain DICHIT, available programmes, and the onboarding process clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and guide customers towards suitable available programme information.
• Assist customers with registration, mobile and email verification, application completion, and document submission.
• Follow up on pending PAN, Aadhaar, KYC, nominee, and agreement requirements.
• Support customers through approval and first-payment completion.
• Conduct branch activations, events,
and local acquisition campaigns when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and next actions in the CRM.
• Meet daily contact, follow-up, application, and activation targets.
• Coordinate with partner, KYC, customer-success, and operations teams.
• Escalate complaints, payment issues, and onboarding problems promptly.
• Collect customer feedback and identify recurring onboarding difficulties.
• Protect customer information and follow consent, privacy, and communication requirements.
• Avoid promises, guaranteed-return claims, or unauthorised financial advice.
Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of experience may apply.
• Experience in sales, customer acquisition, banking, insurance, fintech, retail financial services, or customer support will be valuable.
