Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer role located in Rajkot. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing components and systems for induction motors and gear speed reducers, including concept generation, 3D modeling, and detailed engineering drawings. Day-to-day tasks include performing design calculations, selecting materials,



collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, quality, and R&D;), and ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and energy-efficiency requirements. The role involves validating designs through simulations and review of test data, preparing technical documentation and bill of materials, and supporting continuous improvement of existing product lines. The engineer will also contribute to design standards, cost optimization initiatives, and compliance with relevant industry norms.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with applied knowledge of Design Engineering and Machine Design.
• Hands-on experience in Product Design, focusing on mechanical assemblies and rotating equipment.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
