About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Talent Partner who understands the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and has knowledge or hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders while building solid capabilities across sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and offer closure.

• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,



social platforms, internal databases, and direct sourcing.

• Review resumes and identify candidates based on role requirements, skills, experience, and location.

• Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening to assess role fit, interest, availability, and compensation expectations.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Support recruitment reporting, trackers, and other Talent Acquisition activities as required.

• Learn and apply effective sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
