Intervue was founded in 2021, is headquartered in Bengaluru, and is a team of 120+ people. We are now building our marketing function from the ground up. This is an owner role: you will design the programme, run it, measure it and grow it.

About the role:




We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist to own and run Intervue's content function end to end. You will decide what we say, who we say it to, and how it turns into a pipeline.
Our buyers are Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, engineering leaders and CXOs at product companies, IT services firms and IT staffing companies. They feel the cost of technical hiring every week: employees pulled off BAU activities to interview, slow time-to-hire and inconsistent candidate evaluation. Your job is to make Intervue the most helpful voice in the room on technical hiring.
This is a builder role. There is no content playbook to inherit. You will set the strategy, create the first flagship assets yourself, and build the engine (calendar, processes, freelancers, distribution) that lets content scale.
