About the Role:
• We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager with a strong background in US based Healthcare IT services, Profit & Loss (P&L;) and the healthcare IT domain to join our Bangalore team. Working US hours, you will serve as the primary advocate and point of contact for our healthcare clients. You will bridge the gap between our clients and our delivery teams, ensuring exceptional service while actively driving account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.

What You Will Do
• Client Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact for all client needs, inquiries, and concerns, fostering long-term, strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
• Account Growth: Leverage a deep understanding of our healthcare IT products and service offerings to identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Strategic Collaboration:



Partner with delivery and internal teams to build proactive, tailored proposals that solve complex challenges for healthcare clients.
• Account Health & Operations: Monitor account budgets and deliverables to ensure we consistently meet client objectives. Maintain accurate client records and track contract renewals.
• Reporting & Strategy: Generate regular progress reports for clients and internal leadership, and participate in team strategy sessions to improve business outcomes.

What You Bring (Required)
• 6+ years of proven experience in Sales or Account Management within the IT services sector, specifically managing healthcare accounts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for a US healthcare client base.
• The ability to multitask effectively and juggle competing priorities across multiple accounts.
• Robust organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
