Role Description The Sales Executive role at KaShiva Wellness is a full-time position based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting wellness solutions to prospective clients, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. The role also involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, preparing proposals and presentations, and tracking sales performance using CRM tools.



The Sales Executive will collaborate with wellness and operations teams to ensure client needs are accurately translated into suitable offerings, while consistently meeting revenue and activity targets.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B or service-based sales, ideally within wellness, healthcare, or HR solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, basic data analysis, and sales reporting to manage pipelines and performance.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel locally within Gurugram and nearby regions for client meetings as needed.
