Lead production planning and on-site delivery of premium wedding decor. Translate approved designs into workable build, logistics and installation plans, coordinating in-house teams, fabricators and suppliers while protecting quality, safety, budgets and deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review designs, venue conditions, measurements and execution requirements.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, material lists, transport plans and setup sequences.
• Coordinate fabrication, finishing, floral and decor readiness with team leads.
• Review estimates and track approved budgets, procurement and scope changes.
• Direct mobilisation, installation and pack-down with clear team responsibilities.
• Check build quality and safe working practices; escalate structural or technical concerns to qualified specialists.
• Manage contingencies and communicate progress and risks to planning and design teams.
• Improve inventory control,



documentation and post-event production processes.

WHAT YOU BRING
• Demonstrated ownership of wedding or event production through on-site delivery.
• Practical understanding of decor fabrication, staging, materials, logistics and installation coordination.
• Team leadership, supplier management and transparent technical communication.
• Strong planning, cost tracking and calm decisions under deadlines.
• Availability for on-site work in Bengaluru, venue visits and event travel and schedules, including weekends when required.
