Role Description The Civil CAD qualified will work in a part-time, remote capacity to prepare and modify CAD drawings for interior and civil works, including layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural and designer sketches, developing precise 2D/3D CAD models,



and ensuring drawings align with project specifications and local standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, designers, and site teams to incorporate design changes, resolve drawing discrepancies, and update documentation as projects progress. The Civil CAD professional will also support quantity estimation, prepare drawing sets for client approvals, and maintain organized digital files for multiple ongoing projects.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) for civil and interior drawings, with the ability to produce accurate plans, sections, and details.
• Knowledge of civil and interior construction practices, including joinery, false ceiling layouts, flooring plans, and basic electrical and plumbing routing.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and convert sketches or concepts into clear, buildable CAD documentation.
