Freelance B2C Digital Marketer – I Can Ace

I Can Ace is looking for a Freelance Digital Marketer / B2C Lead Generation Specialist to generate genuine leads from parents interested in online learning programs for children aged 6–16 years

Responsibilities:

* Generate qualified B2C leads through social media, SEO, Google/Meta Ads, communities and other relevant channels.
* Target parents in India and international markets.
* Develop creative lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
* Track and report leads, sources and conversions.
* Focus on quality leads and actual conversions, not just followers or engagement.

Requirements:

* Experience in B2C lead generation/digital marketing.
* Understanding of social media, SEO and/or paid advertising.
* Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
* EdTech/education experience is a plus.

• Compensation: Freelance commission/performance-based— no fixed salary. Commission structure will be discussed based on experience and results.
