Role Description This is a full time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Madurai. The Construction Project Manager oversees end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities among contractors, site teams, and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include monitoring site progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and resolving technical or logistical issues. The role involves managing budgets, tracking costs, preparing reports,



and communicating project status to senior management and clients. The Construction Project Manager also supports risk management, resource allocation, and the implementation of best practices to keep projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee full project lifecycles and site operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and Project Coordination to plan schedules, manage stakeholders, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to manage project costs, track expenditures, and support financial reporting.
