Role Description The Wind Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Wind Engineer will analyze wind resource data, evaluate site conditions, and support the design and optimization of wind power projects and assets.



Daily tasks include reviewing performance metrics, conducting technical assessments, contributing to technical due diligence reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on asset performance improvement initiatives. The role involves working with monitoring and analytics tools, supporting quality assurance activities, and providing technical input for process improvements and consulting assignments. The Wind Engineer will also collaborate on documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing to support training and development initiatives within the renewables team.
Qualifications

• Robust technical foundation in wind engineering, renewable energy, or related disciplines, with knowledge of wind resource assessment, turbine technology, and power plant design.
