Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for managing customer interactions across phone, online, and in-person channels. This role includes responding to inquiries about solar solutions, home maintenance,



and appliance services, resolving service issues, and providing clear information on bookings, pricing, and service timelines. The executive will log and track support requests, coordinate with field service teams, and follow up to ensure services are delivered as promised. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring customer feedback, and escalating technical or complex issues to the appropriate team members. The position requires consistent, qualified communication to support customer satisfaction and reinforce Lumira’s commitment to dependable, high-quality service.
