Head of Growth & Performance Marketing
Location: Chennai (Anna Salai office), full time, with US-hours overlap · Reports to: Managing Director · Experience: 8–12 years
About us. We run a portfolio of digital health brands: US prescription telehealth sites for weight loss, men's health and longevity (theglpdoctor.com, mymedprovider.com), a research-peptide e-commerce store (ordermypeptides.com), InstaPract, a GCC digital health platform company, and Gem3s, a global software engineering firm. We want one owner who makes our marketing measurable, compliant and profitable.
What you'll own
• Paid acquisition for the US telehealth and e-commerce brands across Google, Meta and other channels — strategy, build, daily optimization and budget.
• Platform compliance: keep LegitScript, Google healthcare certification and Meta authorization current; make sure every ad and landing page passes policy.
• Tracking and attribution: a HIPAA-conscious server-side setup, clean conversion data back to each ad platform, and one weekly dashboard of spend, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS by brand.
• SEO:



set the roadmap and manage our in-house SEO executive across on-page, technical, off-page and AI-search visibility.
• Email and lifecycle: build and run flows for leads, abandoned intakes, refills and win-backs.
• B2B marketing for InstaPract and Gem3s: LinkedIn Ads, company-page content, and campaigns that book demos.
• Creative direction: brief our in-house design team, run structured ad-creative tests, and use AI tools to scale copy and variants.
• Team building: hire and lead a paid-media executive and an email/CRM executive within your first 6 months.

You have
• 8+ years in digital marketing, 3+ years hands-on in paid acquisition for US DTC brands in regulated categories (telehealth, Rx, supplements or similar).
• Personally managed $20k+/month on Google and Meta, with results you can show.
• Working knowledge of US healthcare ad rules: LegitScript, Google and Meta healthcare policies,
