Role Description The Leader of Agents role is a remote position responsible for managing, mentoring,



and supporting a team of insurance agents to achieve sales and service targets. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves setting clear performance goals, monitoring agent productivity, and providing regular feedback and coaching. The Leader of Agents will collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure agents understand product offerings, regulatory requirements, and company processes. This role includes organizing virtual training sessions, reviewing customer interactions to uphold service standards, and using data and reports to identify opportunities for performance improvement. The position is full-time and requires proactive engagement with agents across regions to support business growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
