Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Quantity Surveyor role based in Madurai. The Junior Quantity Surveyor will assist in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), supporting cost planning and cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include measurement and estimation of quantities, assisting in tender preparation, monitoring project costs,



and preparing cost reports under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to value engineering and budget adherence.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cost planning and cost management, with the ability to support budgeting and financial forecasting for projects.
• Practical experience or training in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs, ensuring accurate measurement and documentation.
• Skills in cost control and cost reporting, including tracking expenditures and preparing periodic cost summaries.
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software or tools is an advantage.
