Role Description The Store Manager role at Success Story Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Jammu. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. This role includes leading and coaching store staff, ensuring a positive customer experience, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, implement retail loss prevention practices,



and ensure adherence to company policies and processes. The role also involves reporting key metrics to leadership, coordinating with other departments as needed, and driving initiatives that improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including daily operations, staff supervision, and sales monitoring.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Relevant experience in retail or store management, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
