We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Delivery Manager to coordinate our team, manage client delivery and build reliable processes as we grow.

About the role:

You will turn client commitments and strategic plans into clearly assigned, well-executed work.
You will coordinate designers, video editors, media buyers and developers, ensuring that everyone understands their priorities, deadlines and expected outcomes. You will identify blockers early, resolve routine delivery issues and keep clients and the founder informed.
Success in this role means projects move forward reliably, deliverables meet agreed standards, and daily execution requires progressively less intervention from the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery:

• Translate client requirements and approved strategies into actionable tasks with transparent briefs, owners and deadlines.




• Maintain a central view of ongoing projects, deliverables, dependencies and priorities.
• Coordinate work from briefing through production, internal review, client approval and final delivery or launch.
• Track progress and verify completion against agreed requirements.
• Identify delivery risks early and prepare recovery plans when timelines slip.

Team Coordination and Accountability:

• Run focused daily check-ins and weekly planning meetings.
• Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and raise blockers promptly.
• Monitor workloads and recommend changes when commitments exceed available capacity.
• Follow up on overdue work professionally and consistently.
• Document recurring execution issues and discuss corrective actions with the founder.

Client Onboarding and Communication:

• Coordinate collection of account access, brand assets, requirements and approvals.
