We work across areas such as data collection, annotation, verification, transcription, multilingual data, AI/LLM evaluation, human feedback, web research and other project-specific data operations.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to help us build our B2B sales pipeline and connect with potential clients across India and international markets.

What You'll Do

Research AI, robotics, technology, SaaS and data companies that may require data operations or human-powered workflows.
•Identify relevant decision-makers such as founders, procurement managers, operations leaders, AI/ML teams, data operations teams and partnership teams.
•Build and maintain qualified prospect lists.
•Conduct detailed company and prospect research before outreach.




•Write and send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
•Manage structured follow-ups with prospects.
•Track outreach, responses and opportunities using spreadsheets/CRM tools.
•Qualify inbound responses and identify genuine business opportunities.
•Schedule qualified meetings with the founder/business team.
•Research government tenders, PSU opportunities and institutional procurement opportunities relevant to Unstaff.
•Identify larger companies and prime contractors that may require subcontracting or additional data-operations capacity.
•Help improve our outbound sales process based on response rates and feedback.
•Maintain accurate records of prospects and communication.
