Role Description
The Process Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end production and operational workflows, ensuring that design concepts move smoothly from planning to finished garments. Day-to-day tasks include tracking orders and timelines, documenting and optimizing processes, liaising with designers, production teams, and vendors, and addressing operational bottlenecks. The Process Coordinator will monitor quality checkpoints, maintain process-related records, and support project planning and execution to meet delivery commitments.



The role also involves proactive communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, capacity, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process-related decision-making.
• Experience in business process improvement and workflow optimization within operations or production environments.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and management.
• Project management abilities to plan tasks, track progress, manage timelines, and handle multiple orders or initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality management practices to maintain standards and support continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a rapid-paced, studio or production setting.
• Prior experience in fashion, apparel manufacturing, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in operations, business, fashion management
