Position: CS Management Trainee
Vacancies: 02
Duration: 21 Months (Mandatory Articleship)
Location: Strictly In-Office (Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West)

What You Will Learn (360-Degree Exposure):

Corporate Secretarial & MCA: End-to-end incorporations, annual filings, and practical hands-on execution on the MCA V3 portal.

NCLT & FEMA: In-depth understanding of corporate restructuring and foreign exchange laws, including FDI and ODI compliances.

Real Estate & RERA: Property title due diligence, direct authority liaisoning (Noida/Greater Noida/YEIDA), and UP RERA compliances.

Advanced Legal Drafting: Structuring Builder Buyer Agreements,



complex commercial contracts, and drafting legal notices.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates who have successfully cleared the CS Executive program (Any Group). Students pursuing or who have cleared the CS Professional program are highly encouraged to apply.
• Individuals with strong qualified communication and legal drafting skills.
• Candidates comfortable with a daily commute to our Greater Noida West office.
• Strict preference will be given to immediate joiners.
