Role Description The Technical Trainer role at Ethnus is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training programs on emerging technologies, ensuring that learners gain practical, job-ready skills. Daily responsibilities include planning training schedules, creating and updating instructional materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions,



and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects. The role involves providing individual support and mentoring, gathering feedback to improve training quality, and collaborating with other trainers and stakeholders to align course content with industry requirements. The Technical Trainer will also contribute to curriculum enhancement and participate in internal meetings and training initiatives to continuously improve teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
• Solid expertise in technical training domains, including experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training program delivery.
• Proficiency in Training & Development, including designing curricula, developing learning materials, and evaluating training outcomes.
