Role Summary:
As a Market Head, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the international sales strategy for international markets. You will play a key role in market development, team leadership , ensuring the alignment of internal teams and external partners for successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic leadership and market development:




• Design and implement the international sales strategy for the international markets, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market (GTM) plans based on customer behaviour and market dynamics
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define market-entry and expansion strategies
• Set ambitious team targets and develop a roadmap to surpass them

2. Team leadership and performance management:
• Lead, manage, and expand the international sales team with transparent roles, responsibilities and performance metrics
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and development plans to strengthen team capability Create a high-performance culture driven by ownership, accountability and collaboration
• Inspire and align the team around strategic goals and customer-centric values
