RPA Engineer

About The Role





ERIC Robotics is looking for an RPA Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows that reduce repetitive manual work and improve business efficiency. This is a full time position based in Pune, with 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

The role involves understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and building reliable solutions using RPA platforms, scripting, and system integrations.

The RPA Engineer will take ownership of assigned initiatives from process discovery and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role also involves establishing development standards and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Automation Design
• Analyse business processes and identify repetitive, rule-based activities suitable for automation.
