Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and target current business opportunities within non-pharma sectors (Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, FMCG, Agrochemicals, etc.).
• Develop strategic initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline and increase market share.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate high-quality leads.
• Client Meetings, Negotiation & Order Closure
• Lead high-level client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.
• Prepare detailed commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contract terms.
• Secure Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all commercial and technical terms are clearly documented and agreed upon.
• Order Processing & Internal Coordination
• Conduct internal order kick-off meetings, effectively handing over client requirements to the Design and Production teams.
• Act as the primary bridge between the client and the factory, ensuring client expectations align with manufacturing realities.




• Track the manufacturing progress of ordered machinery to ensure strict adherence to committed delivery timelines.
• FAT, Commercials & Final Dispatch
• Coordinate with clients and the quality team to schedule and execute successful Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at the Vatva plant.
• Ensure all pending commercial aspects (final payment collections, LC clearances) are resolved prior to dispatch.
• Oversee the dispatch logistics, ensuring the machine is safely packed, documented, and shipped to the client’s site on schedule.
• Team Leadership & Management
• Manage, train, and mentor the sales and internal coordination teams to ensure seamless execution across the lead-to-dispatch cycle.
• Monitor daily team activities, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and resolve any bottlenecks in the sales or execution pipeline.
