About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle employees professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries.
• Payroll processing and ensure accurate employee data.
• Coordinate with employees regarding salary, attendance, leave, and HR-related concerns.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS/HRMS data.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.




• Assist with statutory compliance and maintain required HR records.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for day-to-day HR requirements.
• Support other HR and administrative activities as required.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Education

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related qualification.
