Manager Revenue
Job Purpose
Drive total hotel revenue by leading revenue optimization strategies across Rooms, Sales & Marketing, Catering, and Food & Beverage. Maximize profitability through effective pricing, inventory management, distribution, and market analysis while supporting commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns to recommend pricing and inventory strategies.
• Lead revenue meetings by preparing forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Manage room inventory, distribution channels, rate parity, and third-party partnerships.
• Optimize group business by evaluating demand, booking pace, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Analyze market performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Support Sales & Marketing with promotional strategies, campaigns, and brand-compliant marketing initiatives.




• Train and guide hotel teams on revenue systems, upselling techniques, and best practices.
• Ensure accurate sales reporting, CRM/database management, and revenue tracking.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by supporting a culture of service excellence.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the General Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing.
