Job Summary

We are seeking a polite, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our guests, managing all aspects of guest reception, check-in, check-out, and general inquiries with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a qualified, cheerful, and hospitable attitude.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all identification verifications, registrations, and room allocations are completed accurately.

Manage room reservations, walk-ins, and cancellations via phone, email, and the hotel property management system.

Handle guest billing, process cash and card payments, and maintain precise daily financial logs.

Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and special needs,



resolving any complaints swiftly to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Coordinate closely with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and smooth operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment at all times.
