Daily activities will involve training team members, conducting performance assessments, and providing ongoing support to enhance their skills and boost sales.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively lead and motivate the team.
